Downloading your electronic credential

If you recently passed the GED Exam, you should have received an email like the first one below. Click the link where indicated.

If you placed an order for a GED credential, or if someone sent you a GED credential, you should have received an email like this one. Click the link where indicated.

You can either click the link where the arrows indicate above, or you can copy and paste the URL into your browser.
 

 

1. After clicking the link, you will land on a web page that looks like the one below. Click Next to receive an email with the passcode that will allow you to access the credential. Do not close the browser window because you will come back to it when you have the passcode.

2. The email will look like the one below. Copy the code in the email because you are going to paste it back into the browser. If you did not receive the email, check your Spam/Junk folder.

3. Paste the code into the box next to Passcode, and then click Next.

4. Click Download. This will download the credential from your browser to your computer, which will give you access to the credential.
