Track orders (third parties)

This help topic is for third parties (schools or employment verification companies, for example) who want to track GED transcript requests. If you are a test taker, go to the Track orders for test takers page.

For Third Party Ordering accounts:

  1. Sign in and click My Orders.
  2. You will see a list of orders placed from your third party account.
  3. Click the drop down arrow to view more results per page.

For Parchment Receive accounts:
  1. Sign in and click History.
  2. Enter information in any of the fields provided.
  3. Click Search.

Some of the statuses you may see are listed below:
  • Delivered: Available for Download means the document is available for you to download. Go to your Inbox to download the document.
  • Pending Action by Sending School means we are still trying to locate the transcript. This may take 2-4 weeks.
  • Cancelled - No record found for this test taker means we were unable to find the record. If you feel this is incorrect, double check the information you entered and resubmit the order if there was a discrepancy. If the information was correct, you can contact the state or jurisdiction and they may be able to help.
  • Cancelled - Test taker did not pass the GED test means the individual did not pass. If you feel this is incorrect, double check the information you entered and resubmit the order if there was a discrepancy. If the information was correct, you can contact the state or jurisdiction and they may be able to help.
  • Complete: Download Confirmed means that you have downloaded the transcript.
