Having trouble opening a document?

If you have received a GED document via email and cannot open/access it, read this step-by-step guide

My order was canceled (test taker)

The email that you received from us will tell you why your order was canceled. We cancel orders if:
  • You did not pass the GED exam.
  • You did not complete the GED exam.
  • We could not locate your transcript.
If you feel the cancelation has been done in error:
  • Double check the information you entered and resubmit the order if there was a discrepancy. For example, if your name was different when you took the exam and you did not tell us this when you placed the order, you will need to place a new order with this information.
  • If the information that you entered was correct, please call 1-888-906-4031 (option 1).
