My order was canceled (test taker)
The email that you received from us will tell you why your order was canceled. We cancel orders if:
- You did not pass the GED exam.
- You did not complete the GED exam.
- We could not locate your transcript.
- Double check the information you entered and resubmit the order if there was a discrepancy. For example, if your name was different when you took the exam and you did not tell us this when you placed the order, you will need to place a new order with this information.
