If you were charged twice for an order that you placed on 9/22, 9/23 or 9/24, you will be refunded. The second charge would have appeared on your credit card account on 10/17, 10/18, or 10/19. Our payment processor made an error, but they are fixing it. Please be patient while they resolve the issue and refund you the second charge.
