Cannot log in

If you are having trouble logging in:

  • Make sure you are using a browser that we support. The Supported browsers help topic tells you which browsers we support.
  • Double check that you're using the correct email address and password. To reset your password, go to the Forgotten Password page and enter your user name.
  • Clear your history (cache, cookies, etc). For instructions, select your browser:

Error message

If you are receiving an error message that says, 'The record you are trying to add is already matched with the following user:...', go to the Duplicate registration help topic to troubleshoot.
