Order on hold
Your school may place your order on hold* for a variety of reasons. You will receive an email explaining the reason for the hold. Please contact your school because only they can clear the hold. Once the hold has been cleared, your school can then process your transcript request. We will send you an email when your order has been approved.* If your school is no longer operating and Parchment administers the school's credentials, we may place your order on hold, in which case you should contact us to see if we can resolve any issue.
