Order status

The first thing that happens after you place your order is that we give the order information to your school. It's important to remember that your school must approve your order before your transcript can be sent. This help topic explains how to track your order and what your transcript status means.

Click Track on the bottom right of the Your Transcript tile.

You will land on the tracking page. Find your order and look at the orange text under Where's my transcript?.

Track status

This table will help you understand your status and troubleshoot, if necessary.
